BLACKFANG（黑牙）｜小型自殺式無人機瑞克箱系統

定位說明：

對應小型自殺式無人機任務，強調多機收納、高頻出勤與堆疊效率。

系統組成：

• BLACKFANG-A 多機存放瑞克箱

• BLACKFANG-C 導控模組瑞克箱

• BLACKFANG-B 任務設備防護瑞克箱

尺寸與堆疊規格：

• BLACKFANG-A：800 × 400 × 300 mm，可堆疊 3 層以上

• BLACKFANG-C：600 × 400 × 250 mm

• BLACKFANG-B：400 × 300 × 180 mm

設計依據與驗證條件：

本瑞克箱系統係依無人機任務需求，針對包裝、運輸、存放、堆疊與使用環境進行設計與驗證，並符合以下國際通用測試與品質管理標準：

• ISO 2248（包裝件自由跌落測試）

• IEC 60529（防塵、防水等級，IP65（含）以上）

• ISO 17025（測試與校驗實驗室能力要求）

所有結構、防護與跌落測試項目，皆可依專案需求提供第三方測試報告與文件佐證。

製造、驗證與交付條件：

• 台灣製造、台灣生產（MIT）

• 可支援中量至大量生產

• 可配合工廠驗廠、生產製程巡視、出廠檢驗與到廠驗收

• 交付時提供材料證明、產地出廠證明與產品保固文件

Dimensions:

• BLACKFANG-A: 800 × 400 × 300 mm, stackable 3 layers or more

• BLACKFANG-C: 600 × 400 × 250 mm

• BLACKFANG-B: 400 × 300 × 180 mm

Design Basis and Verification:

The rugged case systems are designed for UAV packaging, transport, storage, stacking and operational environments,

and comply with the following internationally recognized standards:

• ISO 2248 – Free-fall drop test for packaged products

• IEC 60529 – Ingress Protection rating (IP65 or above)

• ISO 17025 – General requirements for testing and calibration laboratories

Third-party test reports and verification documents can be provided upon project request.

Manufacturing and Delivery:

• Designed and manufactured in Taiwan (MIT)

• Supports medium to large-scale production

• Factory audit, production inspection, pre-shipment and on-site acceptance supported

• Material declaration, certificate of origin and product warranty provided upon delivery
