Vidal grape is one of the most well-know grape across Canada. The 2018 Vidal Icewine tends to be very fruity, with aroma notes of grapefruit and pineapple. Due to its high acidity and sugar potential it is particularly suited to sweeter, dessert wines. 

Pairs well with salad, fruit, and cheese platters, chicken dishes and vegetarian fare.
